Z Global Finds · Sell with Z Global Finds
Bring the audience. We'll bring the warehouse.
You already know how to hold a room. What usually stops a live seller is everything around it — buying stock up front, guessing what will move, packing orders at midnight, and chasing the money afterwards.
Here you sell from one shared warehouse in Cebu. The items belong to the consignees who supplied them, the counter handles intake and handover, and your store is a view over that stock with your own prices on it. You carry no inventory cost and no unsold boxes.
Creating an account is the first step, not the last — an administrator enrols you into the role after we have spoken.
No stock to buy
You list from the shared warehouse. Nothing is bought, borrowed, or owed before your first sale.
You set your own price
Per item, as a peso amount or a percentage. Two sellers can price the same item differently — your store is yours.
One link, one code
Drop your /c/ link in the live comments. Every order through it is attributed to you automatically — no registering items per session.
How the money works
Every price here is built from the consignee's floor upwards, so the shares are fixed by arithmetic rather than by negotiation after the sale.
One item, sold through your store. The figures are an example, not a rate card.
How the price is built
- Consignee's base price₱300
The consignee who owns the item
Her floor. Untouchable — it is not yours to move, and you never pay it out of pocket.
- Shop price (SRP)₱450
Z Global Finds
Base plus our markup. This is the walk-in counter price, and it is the floor your own price is built on.
- Your trade price₱400
You
SRP less your seller discount. What you pay if you buy the item yourself — and the line your earnings are measured from.
- Your asking price₱550
You
SRP plus the margin you typed. This is what your customer pays in your store.
Where the money goes when it sells
- Consignee is paid₱300
The consignee
Her base price on every unit, recorded on the order line at the moment of sale.
- Z Global Finds keeps₱100
The platform
Our markup less the discount we gave you. Your discount comes out of our cut, never out of her floor.
- You earn₱150
You
Your margin plus your trade discount. Credited when the order is paid, not when you remit.
Your earnings are the gap between your trade price and what your customer paid — your own margin, plus the discount the shop gives you. The three shares add up to the sale exactly, so nothing is deducted after the fact.
What you get
A storefront of your own
Store name, tagline, logo, and banner, on a page built for the way people shop from a live: your featured item first, then everything you have priced.
Oversell-proof stock
Stock is held the moment a customer starts paying and released if payment fails. You will not sell the same piece twice on camera.
Take an armful on camera
The counter checks units out to you for a live session and takes back what did not sell. Only what you keep is billed, at your trade price.
Buy at trade price
Anything in the warehouse is yours at SRP less your discount — at the counter with your code, or signed in on the shop.
Your money, itemised
Every paid order shows base, shop take, and your share side by side. You confirm each payout yourself when it reaches you.
Booths for going live
Three booths at the Cebu space, in two-hour slots, bookable by active sellers.
What we need from you
Nothing here is asked twice, and nothing is asked before it is needed.
About you
The account itself is small — this is what we need before an admin can enrol you.
- Full name and mobile number
- A Philippine mobile number, kept in +639XXXXXXXXX form. It is how the counter reaches you about a session or a pickup.
- Email address
- Your sign-in, and where confirmations and payout notices are sent. One account per seller.
About your selling
Asked at enrolment so the team can plan booths, stock, and session cover around you.
- Where you go live
- Your Facebook, TikTok, or Instagram page — whichever you actually sell on, so your store link can be checked against it.
- How often you plan to sell
- Sessions and hours per week, and whether you will be selling from a booth or from home. An estimate is fine; it is a plan, not a quota.
- What you sell today
- Your average sales on other platforms, if you have them. It helps us stock for you — it is not a threshold you have to clear.
Your store
Set up by you, once, on your first sign-in. Nothing here needs an admin.
- A reseller code
- 3 to 20 characters, letters and numbers. It becomes your /c/ link. Choose carefully — a code is permanent, because it lives in every post you have already made.
- Store name and tagline
- What shoppers see at the top of your page. Editable whenever you like.
- A margin on each item you want to sell
- Setting a margin is what lists an item in your store. Nothing appears there until you have priced it.
The rules, plainly
The ones the system enforces on its own, so they hold whoever is on shift.
Your price is never below the shop's
You store a margin, not a price, and a margin cannot be negative. If a consignee raises her floor, your price rises with it instead of stranding you underwater.
One code, one seller
Codes are not shared, sold, or lent. An order carries the code it was bought through, and that is what pays you.
The whole warehouse is yours to carry
You opt yourself in, item by item — there is no consignee approval step and no catalogue you have to be granted. Price it and it is in your store.
Demo stock is not sellable stock
Units checked out to you for a live are off the sellable pool. Your customers buy the remaining warehouse stock of the same item.
Sessions are settled, not forgotten
What you take is counted out and what you return is counted in. Anything not returned is billed to you at your trade price.
Buying is not selling
When you shop here yourself you buy at trade price, and that order is recorded as a purchase — it does not count towards your own sales or payouts.
Past orders keep their prices
Changing a margin affects future orders only. An order already placed keeps the price it was sold at, for both of you.
How to join
Create your account
Sign up with your email and confirm the address. Nobody self-enrols as a seller — the account waits until an administrator assigns the role.
Talk to us
Tell us where you go live and how often. We check the page is yours and walk you through how sessions and settlement work.
Get enrolled
An admin switches your account to seller. Sign in again and the seller portal is there.
Claim your code and price your first items
Mint your reseller code, name your store, then set margins on the pieces you want to sell. They appear in your store as you go.
Go live
Drop your link in the comments. Orders come in attributed to you, and the counter hands them over.
Still being agreed
Open questions we would rather show you than answer with a number nobody has approved.
- What identification or paperwork is checked at enrolment, and what of it is recorded.
- What the platform charges a seller, if anything, beyond the markup already inside the shop price — a per-sale cut, a seller fee, or neither.
- Points, tiers, and any bonus for hitting a target — the programme exists in the system but every earn rate is switched off until the rates are agreed.
- What a booth slot costs, if anything, and the weekly hour thresholds that come with booking one.
Questions people ask
Do I have to buy stock first?
No. You list from the shared warehouse and pay nothing up front. Buying at trade price is an option, not a requirement.
Who ships the order?
Customers pay online and collect at the shop. Delivery outside that is arranged case by case — ask before you promise it on camera.
What if two sellers list the same item?
They can, at different prices. There is no page anywhere on the site that puts your price beside another seller's — a shopper is always inside one store.
When do I get paid?
Your share is credited when the order is paid. Payouts are released by the admin and appear in your wallet, where you confirm you received them.
Can I stop selling an item?
Remove your margin and the item leaves your store. It stays in the warehouse for everyone else.
