1. Who these terms are between

This site is operated by Z GLOBALFINDS SHOPPING CENTER, a Sole Proprietorship registered with the Department of Trade and Industry under registration no. 8270762, with its principal place of business at Room 301, 3rd Floor, A&A Building, F. Llamas St., Punta Princesa, Cebu City. We trade as "Z Global Finds", and "we" and "us" in these terms mean that business.

Its authorised representative is Reje Clark Zerna (Owner).

By using the site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, do not use the site.

2. Who may use the site

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian who accepts these terms on your behalf, and you must be legally able to enter into a contract.

Buying requires an account. Some parts of the site are restricted to enrolled sellers, consignees, and staff, and are not open to customers.

3. Your account

Keep one account, give accurate details, and keep your sign-in credentials to yourself. Anything done through your account is treated as done by you.

Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access to your account.

We may deactivate an account that is used to break these terms, to defraud a seller or another customer, or that we are required to close. A deactivated account can still sign in to see its own past orders, but cannot place new ones.

4. Acceptable use

When using this site, do not:

• Place orders you do not intend to pay for or collect.
• Submit a payment reference or screenshot that is not a genuine GCash transfer for your order, or reuse a reference another order has already claimed.
• Interfere with stock holds, checkout, or the payment flow — including scripting or automating checkout to win stock during a live sale.
• Scrape, copy, or republish listings, photographs, or prices.
• Attempt to reach accounts, orders, or back-office screens that are not yours, or to probe the site's security.
• Impersonate a seller, a consignee, or Z Global Finds staff.

5. Sellers' stores and reseller codes

Every store on this site belongs to an enrolled seller and is reached through that seller's own code. Shopping through a seller's link means your order is attributed to them and priced at their prices.

A seller's code belongs to that seller. Do not share, alter, or reuse a code to obtain a price that was not offered to you, and do not present yourself as a seller's store.

6. Listings, stock, and pricing errors

Listings are created by consignees and priced by sellers. Availability changes constantly during live selling, and an item shown as available may sell before your order opens.

Where an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price, or where a listing is duplicated or mistaken, we may refuse or cancel the order before handover. If you have already paid, you get a full refund of what you paid — we will not require you to accept the item or a substitute.

7. Orders and payment

An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when our counter verifies your payment and confirms the order — not when you submit the transfer.

Online orders are paid by GCash transfer to Z Global Finds' own wallet and verified by a person against it — the reference number and the exact amount both have to match. Where card payments are offered, they are processed by PayMongo and your card details never reach us.

A fake payment counts heavily against your account, and an account closed for repeated fake payments has all of its still-pending orders cancelled and treated as unverified — even if one was genuine. The Buyer Protection & Liability policy sets this out in full, along with collection, the 14-day pickup window, and cancellation.

8. Our content

The Z Global Finds name, logo, site design, and software are ours and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Product photographs and descriptions are supplied by consignees and sellers, who are responsible for having the right to use them.

9. Limits on our liability

We provide the site as it is. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for losses caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Our responsibility for the items themselves — their condition, authenticity, and fitness — is set out in the Buyer Protection & Liability policy, and that document governs.

Except where the law does not allow it to be limited, our total liability to you for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited — including your rights under RA 7394.

10. Suspension and ending your use

You may stop using the site at any time and ask us to close your account. Records of completed orders are kept as described in the Privacy Notice.

We may suspend or withdraw access where these terms are broken, where an account is used fraudulently, or where we need to protect other customers, sellers, or consignees.

11. Changes to these terms

These terms are versioned. The version in force is shown at the top of this page, and you accept the version in force when you check out. Where a change adds an obligation or narrows a remedy, we ask you to accept it again at your next checkout.

Changes are not applied retroactively to orders already placed.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, and disputes are subject to the courts of Cebu — except where the law gives you the right to bring a claim somewhere else.
